Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Staff Car Park Extension Works at Palmyra Depot.
The Works comprise extension of the existing staff car park to accommodate an additional 69 car bays, including but not limited to:
- Pavement and kerb
- Line marking
- Fencing
- Drainage (Stormwater)
- Fire (Wet)
- Electrical and Lighting
- Communication (conduits and pits only, no cabling)
- Landscaping
