WA Country Health Service (WACHS) requires the provision of a SaaS based aged-care specific digital care management solution. �The solution is to be used by both internal and external staff at WACHS to manage clients within both Residential Aged Care and Community Aged Care based services. The objective of implementing a digital aged care management solution is to streamline and standardise processes, improve data collection, support clinical and business operations, enhance client / resident care, improve rostering and scheduling tasks, and produce informative reports.
WACHS require one solution with the ability to provide for two main service types within the solution. These are:�
?�� �Residential Aged Care (I.e. State run Commonwealth funded residential aged care facilities)
?�� �Community Aged Care (I.e. Clients receiving care in their homes).
The initial implementation of the solution will require the technical and functional requirements to be met for�
?�� �WACHS facilities providing Australian Government funded community aged care services (Community Aged Care); and�
?�� �Karlarra House Residential Aged Care Facility.�
The solution is to be easily scalable and allow for expansion of additional Community Aged Care clients and Residential Aged Care clients over the term of the contract. The solution should also allow fast and easy updates to incorporate future changes to policies and legislation (both State and Commonwealth) applicable to the aged care sector over the contract term. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring policies and legislation (both State and Commonwealth) applicable to the aged care sector are tracked, communicated and/or reported on within the solution. Future scaling of the solution is likely to include clients/staff with similar requirements to either or both these services.�
