Tenders are invited by Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) for the execution of the Works Under Contract (WUC) described in the detailed Scope of Works, DBCARIA T6524 Geordie Bay Water Supply Main Scope of Works, IFT drawings, Technical Specification, and any other documents included in DBCARIA T6524 Geordie Bay Water Supply Main Schedule of Tender Documents.
The WUC includes all operations, labour, plant, materials, supervision, survey, and all necessary works to complete the whole of the WUC, or any additional work or variations as directed by the Superintendent. The cost includes all costs associated with delivery and transport of materials, plant and personnel and anything else required to complete the works to Rottnest Island.
