Design and Construction Sheep Yard Roof at Goulburn Valley Water Elderslie Park Shepparton North

Goulburn Valley Water (GVW ) Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001

Scope of Works:

Supply, Fabrication and Construction of a 26.3 m x 29.5 m shed roof over an existing set of sheep yards to
provide protection from weather to both workers and sheep. The scope of works is as follows:
· Building permit.
· Fabrication and supply of structural and non-structural steel members.
· Delivery of all materials to site.
· Service location.
· Site preparation.
· Concrete footings.
· Installation, including all required equipment for installation and safe work at heights.
· Supply and installation of gutters, downpipes and connection to existing stormwater main.
The Contractor is to provide detail of the proposed construction methodology with the tender submission to
outline how the shed will be constructed without impact to the existing buildings and sheep yard infrastructure.

Site Inspection Location: 5440 Barmah-Shepparton Road, Shepparton North, 3631. The land is owned by Goulburn Valley Water. The works are approximately 200 km north of Melbourne.
