Technical Advisory Services 2024

Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers for the provision of technical advisory services to support the delivery of its Program of work (the Program), as previously detailed in the Advance Tender Notice (Ref: ATN – PID-0866) issued 13 December 2023.

The Successful Respondent (s) will be required to provide the following services to support delivery of the MRPV program:

technical and engineering services, including site investigations;
planning, sustainability and environmental services; and
engineering management, design management and project management services.

MRPV may also seek services in areas such as:

preparation of project business cases and project feasibility assessment; and
measuring benefits after project completion.

Mandatory and Pre-Qualification Requirements

Respondents must satisfy mandatory and pre-qualification requirements for their offers to be evaluated by MRPV which are outlined below and will be detailed in the RFP when released. Offers that do not comply with these conditions will not progress through the evaluation process.

Industry Briefing

MRPV will be conducting an Industry Briefing, to be held at 9:30am-10:30am, Friday 15 March 2024 on Level 27, 180 Lonsdale Street Melbourne VIC 3000. For interested parties, please note pre-registration to confirm attendance for the event is required by no later than 12pm Wednesday 13 March 2024.
