Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / Train Wash Plant Maintenance - WS2131289988

Sydney Trains is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers to provide maintenance services to the train wash plants within the rail network. 
Sydney Trains operates one of the geographically largest metropolitan rail systems in the world and is responsible for managing assets valued in excess of $19 billion, including rolling stock, stations and rail & electrical infrastructure. 
As part of the support of the Sydney Trains and NSW Trains fleet maintenance, external train washing by way of drive through train washing facilities is carried out at five (5) Sydney Trains Maintenance Centres – Broadmeadow Maintenance Centre (BMC), Flemington Maintenance Centre (FMC), Hornsby Maintenance Centre (HMC), Mortdale Maintenance Centre (MMC), Sydenham Maintenance Centre (SMC). 
Sydney Trains is inviting tenders from suppliers for the provision of preventative maintenance services and corrective maintenance services for the 5 wash plants, as well as the provision of spare parts.  Due to the geographic distances between the wash plants there are 3 options for tendering:  

Option 1 includes the wash plants at:-
    a) FMC which is fully automated
    b) MMC which is fully automated
    c) HMC which is operator controlled
    d) SMC (XPT) which is automated with operator initiation; and
    e) BMC which is operator controlled

Option 2 includes the wash plants at:-
    a) FMC
    b) MMC
    c) HMC; and
    d) SMC (XPT)

Option 3 for the wash plant at BMC only 

Tenderers may tender for any of the options.
