The Chart Room development is a project with an objective of providing the first ‘pop up’ venue at Goolwa by restoring and repurposing the building into usable space that will accommodate a wide range of uses and support the existing demand from small businesses.
Council is seeking to engage a suitable and qualified contractor to undertake building construction works including repointing of walls, new DDA compliant external access, installation of internal staircase to basement, upgrade of existing electrical infrastructure and construction of an external hardstand.
