Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink has ongoing requirements for corrective (defects and emergency repairs) and routine  maintenance (preventative, inspections & Technical Maintenance Plans)for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assets across NSW rail network.The number of sites includes 361 Stations, 31 Depots, 24 Signal boxes and a handful of other facilities for around 3000 assets. The Serviced Equipment is located in station facilities or non-station facilities.The Serviced Equipment is distributed across the    following 7 geographical separable portions (SP): SP1 Sydney - West & North WestSP2 Sydney - South & South WestSP3 Sydney – CentralSP4 Sydney – CBD, East, Inner West & NorthSP5 NSW – Blue Mountains, Far WestSP6 NSW – South & South WestSP7 NSW – North & North WestThe Maintenance Services will be awarded to at least two suppliers, but no more than three suppliers according to the Award Model outlined in the Tender documents.
