As part of the AMP Buildings Renewal program and as approved in the 2025/26 Annual Business Plan, a selection of building assets is due for renewal, such that their intended function is restored, they can be maintained efficiently, their expected useful life is reset, and they comply with current Australian Standards.The project focuses on Building Renewals that are in poor condition and require renewal and as such the existing public toilet facilities at Stebonheath Park and Kooranowa Reserve are to be replaced with a modern, fully accessible, and compliant twin-unit facility that meets current Australian Standards, enhances community amenity, improves safety, and reduces long-term maintenance through durable, vandal-resistant design. Key Deliverables: - Stebonheath Park , demolish existing, install fully automated twin toilet as per specification, including Footings, service connections, installation and provide manuals for operation, relocate electrical meter. Appropriate path access and supply temporary facility for Park runs. - Kooranowa Reserve , demolish existing, install fully automated twin toilet as per specification, including Footings, service connections, installation and provide manuals for operation. Perimeter footpath and connecting path to existing path which services storage sheds, replace chain mesh fence and Ped /Car access gates.
